Promises not kept and costly

Bad experience - never responded to my many emails. Quick to take my money and many promises, however when I tried to claim, I received a very small percentage of my total costs. Other claims were not even responded too - and again my email queries were left unanswered! Would not recommend anyone ‘sign up’ to this…
