Ponzi Scheme
I have the Dischem Plus which I pay almost R900.00 a month. I called today requesting authorization as I have a very bad flu. They stated that I need to have a virtual consultation in order to go see my family doctor to get an injection and some medication. Spoke to the doctor who stated she can not give me authorization i need to call them back.
Can someone advise why we must pay so much of money and not receive any help
