Hello Peter I'm Nomwula Mote *** Policy number:KH30019,i'm a furious member of the above medical scheme,i'm no longer interested in being a member anymore hence I did communicate with them that im cancelling,they sent an sms on my number *** confirming that my policy is cancelled,the lady that was assisting me advised that I must pay R777 premium for January and cancel before 6th then they'l reimberse that money specifically for January,i've been following up with this query,i've been puttted on hold my very last cent has been spent on buying airtime,now the story is changing to NO without explaination and a long HOLD
