Pathetic place

This is the most pathetic insurance I have ever had my mom on and hell she was on key care plus. the two most important things they took of the policy but still but their price up. Now been struggling a week just to get this cancelled every time you phone they give you a new email address to use and no one gets back to you. just so they can still get their money month end i am over this i will tell everyone on all platform to stay away as far as they can
