What a disappointment of a medical insurance provider. During the sales process, there were so many promises and reassurances. However, when it actually came time to submit a claim, the experience was completely different and extremely frustrating. I have never used my cover since my joining date, yet my authorisation was declined, despite paying thousands of rands on monthly premiums. The lack of support and transparency during the claims process has been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to thoroughly review the terms and conditions before signing up.
