Not meeting their own SLA
I recently cancelled my policy and asked my dependent to be the main member then I changed my mind against cancelling. I sent an email on 13/05/2025 advising I wish to reinstate and keep the dependent as is.
No one is responding to my mail and SLA is 2 business days
