Not adhering to own policy
I cancelled my policy 30 November 2024. They advise that one more payment needs to be taken in December, so they did take it. All services was terminated. Nov another payment went off...leaving me with nothing left for January because the doctors visit yesterday was out of pocket. How do they not keep to their own policy???? And I specifically asked if December will be the last payment
Not even that it is the worst medical cover. You always have to pay in and in emergencies they don't want to cover. Worst ever experience.
