No service no product but quick to take your money

I have made an order online on the morning of the 10th of July 2024. I chose 11th of July 2024 and I made the payment. today when, I track it says they are waiting for a payment. i called the number on the dischem website and spoke to Barbra(sp). Very impatiently, very rude and changes her story. she advise she is working with Chronic medication and cant assist me. made me hold the line while she find out after taking a reference number. She she not come back with a number i need to call. When i asked what is it that she has find out since she said she is finding out. She said no she didn't say that. I call the number she gave me(***) and it still not the right department. I was then transferred to the Head office but the call just got cut off. I just need to cancel this order and get my money . I will go to Clicks!!DOD1931
