It seems like I may only get a response if I complain here!

It has been ONE WEEK since I emailed a query to the dischem email address and there has been NO phone call to ascertain further information on my complaint. I followed up and I was told that they are still busy- if that is true, why are they not emailing or calling me with any information as to what is going on. I keep emailing them and they just keep quiet!!!
