I want my money

I am writing to formally demand an immediate refund for two unauthorized debits from my account for a policy that I have already cancelled. You have no right to continue debiting me for a policy that I have chosen to terminate, and I will not tolerate this ******** deduction.

I have the full right to cancel any policy that does not meet my satisfaction and to reverse any unauthorized charges. I expect both debits to be refunded today. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter to the Insurance Ombudsman and any other relevant regulatory body. Additionally, I will publicly highlight this ********* practice on social media.

I expect an urgent resolution and confirmation of my refund today.
