I am heartbroken and outraged

I deeply regret my family’s experience with Dis-Chem Health. My father-in-law, was the main and sole member of their health insurance plan. When his health deteriorated, I urgently contacted Dis-Chem Health, pleading for help to get him admitted to a private hospital.

Despite numerous emails and calls, no one was willing to assist. Tragically, he passed away over the weekend due to this negligence. We trusted this insurance for critical support, but in our moment of need, it failed us completely.

I am heartbroken and outraged. To add insult to injury, we now face complications in canceling the policy since the main member is no longer with us.

If you’re looking for reliable health insurance that prioritizes care and action in emergencies, I cannot recommend Dis-Chem Health. Our experience was devastating and unacceptable.
