Hospital bill that was rejected by Dischem Health

I have signed up with Dis-Chem health for. My mother of 84 years for a Hospital Plus which I made it clear to the sales rep that I need a full hospital cover for her because she's old. Everything seemed to be going well until my mother was admitted 2 weeks ago of which she was discharged because Dischem rejected everything they didn't even pay a cent to anything. As I am writing the hospital is demanding R10 000 plus from me while I thought everything was covered.

They are the worst medical insurance all they want is your money you can't even buy anything from the counter they refused even to pay for prescription if you have one cancel, because the day you need them they won't through for you talking from experience...
