Horrible service from Dischem Health (Medical Insurance and Gap Cover)

Dischem Health (Medical Insurance & Gap Cover) are the worst medical insurance companies to deal with, I’m currently trying to cancel my membership with them but it seems to be a difficult process, they are not reachable, I’ve only been able to get a hold of them twice over the phone. The worst part is that they made me pay TWICE for cancellation of membership and still haven’t received a confirmation of cancellation!!! I’m struggling to get through to them but they’re not picking up their calls, so when I checked their operating hours on Google it states that they close at 5pm this afternoon which tells me that they are still within the operating hours but they just choose not to respond to calls they’re receiving which is absolutely ***********. Please assist with this matter HelloPeter. Thank you.
