Highly dissatisfied with poor service 😡

I cancelled Unity Health (Elixi) on 1/5/25 and joined Dischem Health because of Medical hospital cover and Lifestyle Benefits. I was with Unity Health since 2023.According to Dischem consultant told me there will be no waiting period if i joined within 3 months of cancellation and sent proof (letter from service provider) which i did. I visited the dr on 11/8/25,went for blood tests and xrays on 12/8/25.Dischem declined with reason it was within waiting period. Yesterday i received a letter saying there is no waiting period. This is very upsetting and Im not impressed with their services being a new client and I have encouraged friends and family to also join. I will be cancelling, as I am now responsible for a R5k bill which i have not budgeted for. Very Disappointed and Angry!!! If they needed more info or clariry, why couldnt they contact Unity Health, all my info was on the letter i submitted or call me.
