Gap cover claims process is a NIGHTMARE!
I have been trying to download a claims form from the website for a while now and I just don't come right. I have also tried completing the claims process online but I keep on getting error messages. In the meatime, the dentist is hounding me for payment but I can't even get access to a simple form from Dis-Chem Health! Please fix this mess and contact me urgently so that this process can be completed. It's getting out of hand and embarrassing for EVERYONE involved. I am not impressed - I have called your call centre - but all they do is direct me to a website that isn't working properly. AM SUPER FRUSTRATED
