False Guarantee

I recently experienced severe breathing difficulty with chest pains on the 05/07 late night and was referred to hospital by medical advisor from Netcare 911, when I got to hospital they called Kaelo Dischem Health for authorisation and they granted them GOP (guarantee of payment) due to my condition the casualty Dr admitted me into hospital for further tests and treatment but on Monday 08/07 they called me to tell me that I must go to a government facility and they will not cover the admission as it doesn't fall under the illnesses that they cover, meanwhile the Dr admitted me with query pulmonary embolism, how is that not covered under Respiratory related illnesses? The lady I spoke to Lerato was non empathetic and she just told me I won't understand the codes that the hospital submitted the claims with and I must cover the costs myself, they will only cover casualty for R20000, my other question is that am I supposed to be treated and tested for pulmonary embolism in casualty? And why did they not inform the hospital that they don't cover for admission, I was told the hospital got authorisation. Now I was discharged with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection still with breathing difficulty, and I still have chest pains, no medication
