Excellent CRM

On or before 31 January 2025, I received a phone call from an extremely polite and highly qualified young lady. Sadly, I did not get her name. What I do remember is that this was the last of telephonic communication received from Dischem Health.

I would like to take this opportunity of commending this young lady for the exceptionally high standards of her client relations management skills she portrayed during our conversation.
