Don't bother with this nonsense
I've cancelled 3 times. They can't even do that so I wouldn't bother. Seriously, my advice (which I should have taken before I called them) is do not even contact them. They will force you into an agreement you don't want and then cause problems and you will beg and beg to cancel and they won't. It's been 3 days since I emailed them and they can't even respond to an email.
