D/O REFUND FOR AUGUST 2025

Good day Again I’ve sent a consent about my cover was deduct twice amount of R201.05 for August 2025 I ask for refund yet nothing has been done or been called for update the cover even increased still no update my question? How will I get help if there’s no communication and ONESPARK decided to move my cover to Dischem were they can’t even resolve a sample thing of a D/O went offf twice Please contact me for my D/O refund or I wil take my business else where
