dissapointed by kaelo Dischem Scheme

i just want to share this with you since i didn't get any respond via email or on call. i called in and the lady was helping me told me to check and see who my broker and chat to them, after she hang up on me. according to my understanding i have unlimited visit for doctors and only had to pay every time after the visit. i wanted to understand this. i was disappointed when i went to Dischem to get medication (flu medication). I was told that Kaelo will only cover me April. Kanjani when I have this medical scheme for 2 years? i had to cancel this and funny enough i got an email saying cancel within a day. ja neh what a business.
