I've only been on the program for 2 months it's for my dad but I am so disappointed regretting I ever took out the plan. Firstly the people they have on the customer services should be replaced . Pathetic. Secondly false advertising . What you get told you get and what they give you is total opposite.

They are just as bad as one plan. Everyone just wants a sales so the company can get money.

I think the ultimate goal with Dischem is so that they can get pensioners to shop there with the supposed discounts.

It's beyond pathetic you guys should really consider closing shop is this how you operate.

As for Kaeolo the people that manage the fund you guys have poor customer service.

Every time I call for help they tell me read the brochure or check the website. Product knowledge is bad. Do you not train your people
