Dischem Kaelo incompetence

Pathetic, they created a problem they couldn't solve with. It lead to account suspension and heavily harmed my credit score. They kept referring to me the ever unresponsive "Billing department" for over two months. I called for 8 CONSECUTIVE WEEK 8! still, no solution or accountability.

I'm trying to figure out if this is not a sueable matter, because it's unacceptable to be in such shambles from something I didn't cause.
