Dischem Insurance poor service
Debit order paid. Confirmed by bank. Disputed by Dischem insurance and benefits stopped. Called Dischem, emailed POP, but no resolution. Where to next as Dischem are not helping. Not recommend as a service. 👎

21 Nov 2024, 09:08No kept in the loop. However after much frustration have discovered that Dischem wanted a second premium due to debit order date change. The second premium required was never communicated, and as was not the required funds were not available. Calls and emails to Dischem never clarified this. First premium was paid, Dischem said no payment received. Never clarified re the second premium. Just really poor service form Dischem.
