DISCHEM INSURANCE PLAYING GAMES WITH MY HEALTH.

SUBMITTED WITHOUT PREDUDICE/I started a journey with Dischem Insurance about a year ago. As a pensioner it was affordable. Then I received a document saying I am no longer covered as from 1st Jan 2025 for strokes or heart attacks. A general document of change of policy. Around 2 weeks ago I called in and spoke to a call agent called Jonathen. I asked for a reference to see my doctor. I also stated i was not feeling well i discussed my symptons...... At the same time I asked if I needed to be admitted would I be covered as in hospital. He advised me 1. If my doctor deemed it as a emergency or I had to go through casualties. I waited to it out, however I became challenged with pain in my chest, pins needles in my left arm battling to breath and no energy. My call log also available as in when I called Jonathen. Eventually I became overwhelmed with my systems and my partner drove me to Arwyd Hospital as my GP practices there. I was taken straight into casualties. Arwyd staff treated me so well. All my medical info was collected as normal from my partner. Now they are refusing my claim saying( DISCHEM INSURANCE ) SAYING I GOT NO authorisation. I Asked for a copy of my recording as I know I called . Till now nothing received. Just a email saying DENIED. This is unacceptable and *********. I SIT WITH A MEDICAL BILL AS A PENSIONER.
