Got an SMS the 29 April telling they will deduct a premium on the 30 April. Phoned from Dischem in Vanderbijlpark to cancel it on the 29 of April 2026. The said she will cancel it,but there is a 1 month cancellation period. I never signed anything or give them permission to deduct anything. I told a lady I was still waiting for my policy and she send on the 29 of April . My phone broke and is was replaced in April. There was no period for me to decide about this. The thing I got was the SMS Omn the 29 of April 2026. Please be warned. This is a money making scheme. Before you can react is to late. This was the last telephone transaction I will ever do. There is always but.but but if you cancel. Avoid it's not a medical aid.
