Dischem health waste of money and time

They claim you are covered for accidents from the first premium.. I had a fall and broke ribs a week after my first premium was deducted.. They did not pay even after directing me to the emergency unit. Email after email with reports they kept saying I'm within my waiting period. At the end I had to pay for the xrays, doctors and emergency visit. After my waiting period wanting to get added for chronic meds, type 1 diabetic.. They inform me they don't cover my meds. Their senior person Thuli puts the phone down in my ear as they are unprofessional, not helpfull at all. It's better to throw your money into the wind than pay any premium to dischem health
