Dischem Health Unacceptable Rules

On wanting to join Dischem health, I found the following unacceptable:

1. Wanting a breakdown of my monthly expenditure - never have I been asked this when joining a medical insurance. 2. Insisting that I must give my banking details on the phone (even though I said I would send proof of banking details via email to them) - are you not aware that your bank warns you not to give out your banking details per telephone, whatsapp, etc. Where is the security in this?

These people seem to make up their own rules as they go along and this is unacceptable to me.
