Dischem Health - Poor Service

Please do not take this insurance. They promise Trauma/accident in hospital cover. I was injured and could barely walk. I was referred by a Network GP as well. To date Dischem Health/Kaelo have refused to settle the casualty account.it has been at least 4 months now. Today I called Dischem Health and they promised that they pay for X-rays at any radiologist as per their website and policy. I was referred by Network GP. All radiologists say they do not accept Dischem/Primecure/Kaelo.
