DISCHEM HEALTH Pathetic Medical Insurance - Do not JOIN!

I phoned DISHEM HEALTH on Tuesday requesting my banking details to be changed. I received an e-mail stating it would be done in 1-2 working days, as I had to close my other account due to *****alent activities. My debit order is set to go off on the 25th. They told me I must phone on Friday 27th June for a direct/immediate debit to go off so my policy won't be suspended. I phoned on the 27 June and still the banking details have not been changed so the debit can not go off and SO AGAIN I AM WITHOUT MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR A MONTH DUE TO DISCHEM HEALTH NOT BEING ABLE TO DO THEIR WORK. THIS IS NOW THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AND THEY SAY IS SORRY IT HAS NOT BEEN DONE. Now I have to pay a double debit order next month, but I do not have any Medical Insurance for 1 Month due to their inability to do their work. You are not allowed to do a EFT or Direct deposit like any other Medical Aid or Insurance, NO you have to wait and for 2 months and only get 1 month Insurance. That is ridiculous and sounds like ******* to me!!!!!!!!
