Dischem Health Medical Aid is pathetic

I have never been this frustrated in my life. I am a Kaelo dischem health member, my account is all paid up, but my account has been suspended for more than a a week. We had a family emergency and we had to pump up cash. Every time I tried phoning them no one was answering the phone except for the ambulance. I think its high time I change my medical aid because honestly this is pathetic!!
