2/2 claims won't be paid. Although we supply all the necessary info
"Upon review, we found that the provider submitted the claim using ICD-10 code Z00.0, which refers to a general medical examination. Unfortunately, this diagnosis is not covered under the current policy benefits, as it is classified as a routine or preventive service. " This is there response. My wife was admitted in hospital after getting approval from Dischem Health to take her to the relevant hospital. This wasn't a general medical examination. The practitioner said it is, which it wasn't
