Dischem Health Insurance
I sent a mail asking for my cover to end on the 31 March. Twice. Both times the response was it will end 31 January. This is the most atrocious service provider I have ever dealt with. They can’t make a decision. The agents on the phones defer to email. The respondents on the email are unable to interact with the customer. Be wary of this insurance. They are managed by people who just want to take premiums and not service the customer base. It’s sad and appalling!!!
