DISCHEM HEALTH DESERVES A ZERO STAR RATING, GIVING THEM ONE START IS BEING TOO NICE.

Exactly a week ago I complained on this platform about this provider. Only on Friday i received an email asking for the same details I had given to the agent I spoke to on Tuesday 04June. I thought someone was doing something with my query but Noooo I'm such a dreamer. I called again yesterday and once again, Lerato Masekela asked me for the practice details so she can check if the previous person had logged my query. What kind of a call centre is this where agents don't record their interactions with clients? Why did i have to repeat the whole story, as if its new? She told me her team leader Thabiso Mosetse will check with the escalations department and call me back. I am still waiting.
