Dischem gap is a ****

I recently submitted a claim after visiting the casualty department of my local hospital on the 29/12/2024.i received a bill from the hospital and the laboratory as they did not receive full payments from my medical aid. My medical aid has paid these accounts,although not fully. Now dischem has rejected my claim twice. The claim above was not on the exclusion list. I am fed up....I am pregnant and I'm being stressed more by a gap cover that takes their money every month but looks for every way to get out of paying the shortfalls.
