Dischem GAP Cover not assisting the Elderly with claim submitting!!
I've got a GAP Cover policy at Dischem Health. I have been trying since 2 October 2024 to submit my claims for in-hospital shortfalls, with no assistance!
I'm an elderly person with limited knowledge of electronic claim submitting. The call center personnel keep on telling me that my service provider is blocking my OTP codes.
Why is there no walk in centers here in Cape Town that can help me to get my claims processed?
It looks like you don't want to process my claims!!
