Dischem - False information

I took the dischem health insurance based on the fact the benefits were explained to me.Now i received an email from dischem stating that certain benefits will be excluded from the policy at the end of december.So now i cancelled the policy and i am requesting a refund because they are not in a position to fullfill the clauses and benefits.I have not used this policy at all.They are refusing to refund me... This needs to be widely spread on social media for misconceptions and trapping people into taking this policy..
