Disappointed

For the first year or so, I was super impressed with their chronic care, but after recent experiences, I would not recommend Dis-Chem Health. The app is useless. Make sure you phone for pre-approval, make sure you record the call and make sure you get a reference number for the call. Even then they might still find a reason to reject your claim. Appears that since the policy entered it's second year, they are looking for excuses not to pay my claims.
