Dis-Health administered by Kaelo

Yesterday i needed emergency hospital authorisation but i could not be assisted as Netcare 911 kept on saying Kaelo is offline and they cannot authorise anything from their side. This is extremely dissapointing and simply means one can lose their life due to Kaelo being offline. its surprising that the scheme doesnt have any contingency measures implemented in case their systems are offline but would rather let clients suffer for their incompetence.
