Dis-Chem Helath seeks every reason not to help

Pathetic Medical Insurance!!!! Our debit order did not go through on the 25th Jan 2025. We received an e-mail only on the 28th Jan 2025 informing us of that and that our Insurance is cancelled as of immediate effect. We immediately rep**** asking for banking details to do the payment immediately. We received a mail back only on 31 Jan 2025 saying they will respond within 1-2 day. I phoned them straight after receiving the mail as I need to fetch my husbands chronic medication. Then Dischem Health inform me I can only do payment for next Friday, so until then I am without Medical Insurance...what kind of Insurance is this...I have never heard of something more ridiculous. If you dont pay they cancel immediately, but if you want to pay you have to wait. TYPICAL OF INSUARNCE....DO WHATEVER THEY CAN NOT TO PAY ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And still I have not received any feedback...someone was going to phone me before 10h00 this morning according to Hlakudi that is working for Dis-chem. I am fetching my husbands medicine tomorrow, if i do not get any response from you, I am will be in contact with my legal department and I promise you this will cost YOU!!!!!!
