Dis-Chem Health – Poor Service & Policy Suspension

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Dis-Chem Health regarding the update of my banking details. Despite notifying them before my debit order was due, the update was not processed, resulting in my policy being suspended.

When I contacted customer support to make an immediate payment and reactivate my policy, I was told that they could only process the debit on Friday, March 7th—meaning my policy remains suspended until then. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional, as I now have to pay out of pocket for medical services that should have been covered.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and their lack of urgency and inefficiency in handling such a critical issue is unacceptable. I expected better service and accountability, especially when it comes to something as important as healthcare coverage.

I would not recommend Dis-Chem Health to anyone who values reliability and proper customer support. I hope they improve their processes to prevent this from happening to other policyholders. Absolutely unacceptable!
