Dis-chem Health medical insurance - pathetic service
Pathetic service. The WhatsApp line a nightmare. Have to ask for call backs which never happened. Ended up calling them myself on *** as the pharmacists at the branches do not know much of the product either. Spoke to a lady called Jennifer for 15 minutes. Not impressed. Limited knowledge of product
