Dis Chem Health adding suffering to the elderly by rejecting minor claims. Disgusting business tactics.

My elderly mother in her early 70 is on your Dischem medical. In December she had knocked her hand against a cupboard. She saw the doctor at the time and said it wasn't broken, Meds and a splint was given End (Dec 2024). Two weeks ago the wrist was not healing. So she returned to the doctor to get another input, a different doctor referred to x rays and orthopedics as he believed it was broken. The x ray shows the wrist has a break in it. Now Dischem has rejected the claim for further medical assistance and rehab on the wrist. Please could I have some feedback on this issue as it doesn't make reasonable sense that a broken wrist is rejected and the patient has no way forward, not even then a referral that she can go to Steve Biko then for the surgery ect.
