Dis-Chem Health Accident Cover

What a lying, poor service, and uncooperative behaviour, experience I had with Dischem Accident Cover. First I was told by them to go and see a Doctor and from there the Doctor will refer me to the hospital. I told the lady NO, I only have the accident cover, but she insisted. So, she gets me a GP, gone to see him and he referred me to the hospital for exray's. All done. So when it came to payment it been on hell of a lying ride, poor service, from start to end. Then they will pay because it a mistake made by them. Then they cant find the recordings. Then again they will pay. And so we went on up to again they told me they are not going to pay for a mistake they made. After how many times I told that lady that I am only on the accidental cover. Stand your pride. You messed up not me.
