Confusion otherwise good

I am still new to Dischem Health Insurance. I have good and bad experiences but mostly good. I have learned a lot on what to do and not to do. Rather query and ask than just go ahead and do it. I have done my script, blood works, spectacles, but hit 2 snags.

Dentures why do they pay for either upper or lower dentures. Quite ridiculous. My granddaughter is stuck on a code issue. They don't tell you what is wrong they say could be either or I must contact the drs accounts dept.
