Claims not being refunded from Dischem
I have logged a complaint in March 2025 regarding Dischem Health not wanting to refund me. I have been advised that there was a response from Dischem Health and to date when I do follow ups to find out what's the progress and feedback I am being told that they work on 1st Come 1st serve basis. Some replies is very vague and when I do request for answers I get no responses.

05 Jun 2025, 20:51To date I have not received my refund even after logging a complaint with the Ombudsman. Dischem staff does not listen to understand they do not go the extra to mile to investigate. Pathetic customer care.
