Claim rejected despite recieving auth number
I requested an authorization number for a doctors visit. I received the authorization number from yourselves. I paid cash as the doctor and submitted the acounts and receipts. You the denied the claim as NO AUTHORIZATION RECEIVED. Fix this!!!!
