Can not believe this. Really disappointed

I can not I'm also already disappointed by dischem before it even starts. Wow!

Last week Monday I called them reporting that there's issue on my bank account and needed to give them new banking details or pay cash for this month.

They said I must call again next day. I called I was now given an email to send to.

I immediately send through an email.

Friday reached no debit order came off and my account has been suspected even though I've communicated everything. I've been calling every third day and being told debit order will be done. Till today 2 weeks later. Tjo!
