BAD COMMUNICATION
I Signed up for the policy in December 2024. I changed my mind and cancelled within the cooling of time. DISCHEM , you still took my monthly premium, and then send me a letter in January 2025 to inform me that my policy is now cancelled. Very unprofessional, I am so disappointment . i have send numerous messages and emails re, to no avail refer ; WF-*** Policy
