Authorisation NIGHTMARE!

Promises, promises, promises. You get one specialist visit to the value of R2000 but you need authorisation for it. Been waiting eversince I miailed the case manager with no repsones. Unlimited doctors visits but to get authorisation after your 4th visit is impossible, no one ever phones you back so you and up standing at the doctor without a code.This is unacceptable, I pay this for my mom but as soon as they hear there is a authorisation needed, you hold the line for 30 minutes and no one ever phones you back for the authorisation. Please dont try and sell medical insurance and then when you want to use the benefits, authorisation is an endless battle.Unfortunately you guys are in the instance world, some people never use doctors visits others use them more.
