Admin at Dischem receive 0 rating
I had 3 different quiries with Dischem health none of which is resolved. When you email a quiry they respond by sender how to use the app guidelines. Never answering the questions that you need answers to. My last quiry was about the number of consultations I have used. According to the app it is 2. No they don't want to pay the third consultation saying it is the 4th one. My question was if you had a medical emergency and went to hospital for treatment does it count as GP consultation. The answer that I received was exactly that that led to my question??????
